We will
- Stay inside the written scope
- Name constraints we cannot remove
- Leave artefacts the team can use without us
- Keep the same principal on the engagement
How we work
This page describes how an operations management engagement actually proceeds. It is the client path — not a sales funnel. You should be able to see who does what, when we write things down, and how you stop or continue.
Use the contact form or write to info@globalstreasdconnct.my. Useful detail: which flow is failing, who currently owns it, what “better” would mean in 90 days, and any hard constraints (sites, systems, headcount, seasonality).
We reply to confirm receipt and to propose a short fit conversation. If we are not the right practice, we say so.
A focused call: the constraint as you see it, access to the people who execute the work, and whether a diagnostic or a single work order is the honest first step. No proposal is issued from a marketing questionnaire alone.
You receive a written offer for the first paid step — usually the Operational Diagnostic Review. We agree the counterpart, the interview list, and the samples we will review (tickets, orders, incident notes). Paid work does not start without that written agreement.
We interview, sample live work, and draft the current-state picture with the team in the room. Findings are challenged against recent misses. We do not finalize a target model that the people who run the flow cannot recognize.
Diagnostic delivery is a findings workshop plus written maps, constraint list, and 90-day plan. Stabilization delivery includes the first live cadence cycles. Operating-partner delivery is a retained review rhythm defined in the offer.
Session agenda the day before. Decision log the day after. Open questions live in one list, not in scattered chats. If a session will be missed, we reschedule rather than compress the work into a status email.
After the diagnostic you may implement internally, pause, or request a stabilization sprint or operating-partner retainer. Nothing renews automatically. A new scope is a new written offer.
Questions that usually appear at this stage are answered on the FAQ. To start the path, send an enquiry.
