Globalstreasdconnct Operations Management Services

Accepting new engagements

FAQ

Questions teams ask before they change the operating layer.

These answers describe how Globalstreasdconnct actually works. If your question is about a specific flow, send it through the contact form rather than waiting for a generic reply.

Engagement

How does an engagement start?

Send an enquiry with the operational issue you want addressed. We reply with a short fit conversation. If there is a match, the usual first step is an Operational Diagnostic Review. Larger work is proposed only after that review, in writing.

How long does a diagnostic take?

Most diagnostic reviews take two to three weeks of elapsed time, including interviews, flow mapping, and a findings workshop. The exact calendar depends on access to the people who run the work.

What do you need from us in the first week?

A named internal counterpart, access to the people who execute the flow, current process notes if they exist, and examples of recent exceptions (late orders, rework, missed handoffs, unclear decisions). We do not need a complete document archive before starting.

Scope of work

What is included in operations management services?

Operating model design, workflow mapping and control points, performance cadence and KPI trees, capacity and resource coordination, cross-functional delivery coordination, and operational resilience controls. Each service has a defined scope on the Services page.

What do you not do?

We do not sell software implementations, accounting, legal advice, recruitment retainers, or generic strategy decks disconnected from how work actually moves. We also do not take over payroll, finance close, or IT security operations.

Which industries do you work with?

The methods apply wherever work crosses teams: professional services, distribution, light manufacturing coordination, shared services, and multi-site administration. Fit is decided by the operating problem, not by a fixed industry list.

Delivery

How do you communicate during the work?

A single weekly working session, a written decision log, and a short status note after each session. Urgent exceptions go to the named counterpart by email. We do not create extra standing meetings unless the cadence itself is the deliverable.

Will you work in our language and tools?

The working language of this website and of written deliverables is English. Workshops can be scheduled to your time zone. We use your existing tools where they already hold the work; we do not require a new platform as a condition of the engagement.

What do we receive at the end?

Written artefacts: current-state map, target operating picture, role and decision matrix, cadence calendar, control-point definitions, and a 90-day runbook. Stabilization and operating-partner work add installed routines, not only documents.

Commercial

How is the work priced?

The Operational Diagnostic Review is a fixed-scope engagement. Stabilization sprints and operating-partner retainers are quoted after the diagnostic, based on the number of flows, sites, and people involved. You receive a written offer before any paid work beyond the diagnostic.

Do you guarantee a financial result?

No. Operations work can raise throughput, reduce rework, and shorten decision time, but results depend on your team applying the installed cadence. We do not promise revenue targets, cost cuts, or ranking outcomes.

Can we stop after the diagnostic?

Yes. The diagnostic is complete on its own. You can run the 90-day plan internally, pause, or continue into a stabilization sprint. There is no automatic renewal.

Practical

Where is the practice located?

Globalstreasdconnct is operated by VLADIMIR CUBANTEV at Mihai Viteazul St 4, MD-2004, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Enquiries: info@globalstreasdconnct.my.

Who will we work with?

You work with the principal of the practice. If additional specialists are needed for a specific mapping exercise, that is stated in the written offer before they join.

How do you handle confidential operational data?

Enquiry data and working files are used only to respond and to deliver the engagement. Details are in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell contact data or use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Still deciding?

Read services, the offer, or go straight to the diagnostic.
