The work is advisory and facilitative. We do not take line-management authority over your staff unless a written offer expressly says so — and the public site does not offer that.
No guaranteed outcomes
Throughput, quality, lead time, and cost can improve when a team applies an installed cadence. Results depend on access, data quality, and whether the organization follows the agreed controls. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, savings, headcount change, search rankings, advertising performance, or any specific numerical result.
